Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Aircraft / Aerospace Fitters to join our high‑performing production team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and work from engineering drawings and job routings.
  • Perform precision fabrication and assembly of aerospace and motorsport pipe and duct assemblies.
  • Operate hand tools and machinery for cutting, deburring, drilling, riveting, and forming.
  • Carry out pipe end forming processes including flaring, beading, and swaging (Harrison, Permaswage, Metric, Eaton).
  • Assemble components using mechanical techniques and ensure high‑quality standards.
  • Work with materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, and nickel alloys (tube diameters 3mm–25mm).
  • Maintain traceability and adhere to quality control procedures.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Comply with all Environmental Health.
