Responsibilities
- Acting as the operational focal point between production and supply chain.
- Tracking material flow to guarantee on-time delivery to the production line.
- Leading shortage reviews and driving quick resolutions when things go off course.
- Escalating critical issues where needed, and keeping everyone accountable until it’s fixed.
- Building strong communication across production, engineering, quality, and suppliers.
- Reporting key performance metrics and helping improve how we work every day.
Qualifications
Essential skills:
- Must have worked in a complex Manufacturing or Engineering environment previously.
- A natural problem-solver who thrives under pressure and makes clear decisions.
- Hands-on supply chain experience planning, procurement, production control.
Desirable skills:
- Aftermarket experience would be a big advantage.
- The ability to read and act on build plans and material requirements.
- Highly organised with a knack for juggling priorities.
- ERP/MRP experience (SAP preferred) plus good Microsoft Office skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to read Engineering drawings.
