Mission Description
Le poste se concentre sur la mise en œuvre et le maintien d’un système de Quality Clinic efficace au sein de la zone/du site/la chaîne de valeur désignée.
Responsibilities
- Développer et gérer un plan de mise en œuvre afin d’atteindre la conformité aux exigences du Quality Clinic.
- Coordinater, planifier et exécuter les plans de clôture des écarts pour atteindre l’efficacité du Quality Clinic.
- Coordinater l’exécution quotidienne du système de Quality Clinic, y compris le contrôle et la disposition des produits non conformes, la containment et l’exécution d’activités d’amélioration et de projets.
- Coordinater les tâches et activités du membre central du Quality Clinic et des fonctions de support.
- Coordinater l’amélioration continue du système de Quality Clinic assigné.
- Coaching et facilitation du résolution de problèmes avec les membres centraux du Quality Clinic et les fonctions de support.
- Surveiller les performances du processus à travers des indicateurs de résultats et de performance du processus (KPI).
- Communiquer les performances du processus aux parties prenantes clés via des revues de performance structurées.
- Maintenir les normes de gestion visuelle et le 5S / 7S.
- Contribuer à l’évolution et à l’amélioration des systèmes de Quality Clinic à travers l’Actuation en partageant les meilleures pratiques et en soutenant le développement des normes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
- Compétences solides en gestion de projets.
- Compréhension et expérience pratique des processus de Quality Actuation.
- Orienté vers les objectifs avec un engagement envers l’amélioration continue.
- Détermination et résilience pour surmonter les obstacles afin d’atteindre les livrables clés, tout en démontrant les comportements alignés aux valeurs de l’entreprise.
- Bonne connaissance des méthodologies de résolution de problèmes qualité (PPS, 8D, DMAIC, RedX).
- Capacité à obtenir la certification Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Bonne connaissance des outils numériques qualité et des solutions logicielles d’entreprise (M365, SAP, ETQ, Tableau, etc.).
