Mission description
- Process Improvement: Utilise Lean/Six Sigma tools to analyse and optimise core processes within the Operational domain including production, supply chain, quality and manufacturing engineering.
- Strategic Initiative: Understand the Value Stream policy deployment process and drive key initiatives to sustain and improve Operational metrics against defined targets.
- Planning Ahead: Support daily/weekly planning and scheduling build to execute activities whilst identifying and eliminating risks to adherence to plans.
- Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret existing operational data streams and format into functional reports to support decision making processes.
- Project Management: Plan, deliver and report on internal projects, demonstrating ability to execute whilst managing deadlines and cost profiles.
- Cost Control: Understand the Operational finance processes and how to manage risks and opportunities. Seek opportunities to reduce costs across direct and indirect processes.
- Collaborate: Work with Operational personnel including key support functions to implement change across the Value Stream.
