Mission

Aftermarket Sales Director UK Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive aftermarket sales growth across the UK aftermarket portfolio
  • Develop strategic customer relationships and secure high-value programmes across both military and commercial markets
  • Own and manage key strategic customer relationships
  • Lead major pursuits and proposals, including large multi-year programmes
  • Identify and develop new aftermarket opportunities across military and commercial sectors
  • Act as a senior commercial leader, influencing strategy and driving performance

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

  • Proven experience in aftermarket / MRO sales leadership (aerospace preferred)
  • Strong track record of winning new business and delivering revenue growth
  • Experience managing senior sales or account management teams
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to lead strategic pursuits and negotiations
  • Background in aerospace, defence, or engineering environments
  • You will be a driven, proactive go-getter, comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing through barriers to win business
