Mission description:- Implement quality actions to ensure that customer and Safran requirements are properly integrated into the program.
- Guarantee quality performance within the program.
- Manage quality events exported from the program.
- Build and maintain relationships of trust with customers concerning quality.
- Help ensure the compliance of products and services delivered to customers.
- Ensure that feedback is effectively integrated into the process.
- Support IPTs to ensure proactive quality assurance activities such as APQP, DFM, D/PFMEA are being driven and governed effectively at the early phases of the programme.
- Work with the Procurement organisation to validate the choice of suppliers and ensure the appropriate data is being provided to suppliers to enable them to be successful, as well as validating quality assurance plans and processes for each supplier.
- HNC/HND or equivalent in an Engineering / Manufacturing related discipline.
- D/PFMEA & Control Plans; experience and full detail understanding and execution.
- APQP / PPAP Risk Analysis.
- Programme Management Gate Process Understanding & exposure.
- EASA Part 21J/G AS9100 Awareness.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Quality Assurance / APQP / DFM / D/PFMEA activities across multi-disciplinary programmes.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Safran reference systems and tools (INTERNAL).
- Knowledge of management of HSE risks and flight safety risk management.
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills (8D, Six-Sigma etc.).
- Competent communicator with an ability to establish trusted working relationships across all departments and with Customers.
- Proven track record on supporting teams/projects to deliver milestones.
- Develop quality assurance and lead continuous improvement efforts.
- Analyze quality performance and help build standards of quality.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, audit and advise on poor quality.
