Role overview
Due to increased headcount and team expansion into 2026, we are recruiting for NDT Technicians to join our MRO site in Gloucester. You will work with the latest equipment and gain valuable experience in aircraft production. You will have opportunities to learn and progress as investment is made on site. This is an exciting time to join our growing local team.
Responsibilities
- NDT inspections of aircraft components to CMM and company/customer specifications.
- NDT report writing and producing NDT techniques.
- NDT shift, daily, weekly and monthly control checks.
- Creating NDT techniques as and when required.
What you will need to succeed
- EN4179 level 2 ideally in MPI, FPI & AEI.
- Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent ideally gained in the aerospace sector.
- Proven working experience within NDT.
- Experience in reading drawings and specifications.
- Ability to use a range of measuring equipment.
- Good computer skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team as well as self-managing and reliable.
- Flexibility and a can-do approach.
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and experience of COSHH and safe use of chemicals.
