Our UK facility serves as the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the SHE Group, performing level 1 to level 3 maintenance and repairs on complex helicopter engine components. Our experienced teams partner with a broad, global customer base, providing technical expertise and support in both fixed wing and rotary wing markets.
What will I be doing? The role of MCM Technician involves carrying out level 1 to 3 maintenance activities on the RTM322 Engine at the Safran Helicopter Engines (UK) European Maintenance Centre Hub, Maintenance Centre Military (MCM) workshop, or occasionally at customer sites. The technician works as part of a team to meet high-quality standards while maintaining the required Turn Around Times to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve on-time delivery of engines
- Strive to meet corporate TAT targets
- Maintain high quality standards in output
- Produce accurate engine reports and release documentation
What do you need from me?
- Recognized apprenticeship or higher education in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 years of mechanical engineering experience post-apprenticeship
- Knowledge of MRP 145
- Experience with SafranHE Engine families (Arriel, Arrius, Makila, RTM322) maintenance level 1 to 3
- Experience in detailed Borescope inspections of gas turbine engines
