At Safran Seats GB, as our Legal Counsel, you will be a key legal partner supporting a fast-paced, international aerospace environment.

• Review, draft, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts.
• Advise the business on day-to-day legal matters and support pre-litigation and litigation topics.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on various topics (e.g., corporate, data, anti-corruption policy, compliance, real estate, IP, etc.) through a business-partnering approach.
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters and support the business in dispute prevention and resolution.

• 5+ years in a similar in-house Legal Counsel role or solicitors.
• English Law degree is required.
• Strong commercial contracts drafting & negotiation skills.
• Comfortable leading complex discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Independent, business-oriented, excellent written and spoken communication.
• Experience in Industrial environment exposure will be appreciated.
