Senior Tendering Application Engineer This company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tendering Application Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the Grid Solutions business, you will play a pivotal role in preparing bids for high-voltage AC and DC substations, offshore wind farms, battery energy storage, and green hydrogen production projects. The Senior Tendering Application Engineer will be responsible for leading a diverse team of designers and engineers, collaborating closely with bid managers to develop winning strategies and technical solutions. Your deep understanding of high-voltage AC substation design, primary plant, protection, control/SCADA, and substation integration will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: – Prepare comprehensive bid submissions for various grid infrastructure projects, including detailed technical specifications, schedules, and cost analyses. – Provide expert technical expertise and analysis to define and optimize product selection, ensuring alignment with client requirements. – Develop and document technical solutions that address the company\\\’s customers\\\’ needs, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends. – Collaborate cross-functionally with the commercial team to ensure the technical aspects of the bids are aligned with the company\\\’s overall strategy and policies. – Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions within the given parameters. – Effectively communicate technical information to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless bidding process.
