We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our growing and collaborative tech team at AeroCloud. Summary of Role
This is a hands-on role focused on the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of product documentation for AeroCloud’s suite of software products. The successful candidate will play a key part in helping customers and internal teams understand our products by creating clear, concise, and user-friendly guides, release notes, and technical documentation. Your work will improve delivery, reduce internal risk, and accelerate onboarding for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

We are looking for a Technical Writer who ideally has experience working in a SaaS or software development environment. You’ll have a strong attention to detail, a clear and concise writing style, and the ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
Essential
- We’re looking for someone who thrives on making complex information easy to understand and has experience in a SaaS or software development environment. You should be able to grasp technical details quickly, translate them into engaging content, and be comfortable working across teams to extract the right information.
- Experience with Markdown, HTML, or other documentation formats and tools.
- Experience in product onboarding, user education, or technical support roles.
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and the software development lifecycle.
Desirable
- Knowledge of technical authoring tools (e.g. MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp).
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with or documenting APIs.
- Awareness of single-sourcing methodologies.

You’ll be the go-to person for crafting and maintaining documentation that empowers our customers to get the most out of our platform. Your work will help reduce internal risks, speed up onboarding, and create clarity for everyone—whether they’re a technical expert or a non-technical user.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include
- Create and maintain easy-to-follow user guides, product manuals, and release notes.
- Work alongside product, engineering, and support teams to translate complex technical concepts into content that’s simple and user-friendly.
- Interview technical stakeholders to capture crucial knowledge and insights that may not yet be documented, helping the team to stay aligned.
- Review and improve existing documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with AeroCloud’s tone and standards.
- Help ensure that documentation is delivered on time and keeps pace with the latest product updates and feature releases.
- Continuously improve the structure and accessibility of our customer-facing content, ensuring it\’s easy to navigate and always up-to-date.
