AeroCloud is the new‑age operating system for airports, delivering Airport Operating Systems, Passenger Processing Systems, and Passenger Flow Management solutions that give airports insight into passenger and aircraft movement worldwide.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will shape how AeroCloud’s products are positioned, communicated, and introduced to the market. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Customer Success teams to ensure our product story is aligned, compelling, and focused on customer value. In this role you’ll translate complex airport technology into clear messaging, create product launch content, and drive go‑to‑market strategies that help airports understand how AeroCloud solves real operational challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing for SaaS, enterprise software, or a technical product environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS fundamentals, customer workflows, and value‑based messaging
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn technical concepts into clear, compelling stories
  • Data‑driven approach, gathering insights and informing GTM decisions
  • Experience supporting product launches and building go‑to‑market materials
  • Comfortable collaborating across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Customer Success teams
  • Commercially aware, organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive
  • Knowledge of aviation systems or mission‑critical SaaS (a plus, but not required)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging for AeroCloud and core modules
  • Support go‑to‑market plans for new products, features, and major releases
  • Create high‑quality, on‑brand product content such as product sheets, use cases, pitch decks, case studies, blogs, white papers, and web copy
  • Lead our presence at industry events, webinars, and campaigns to showcase AeroCloud products and drive awareness
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into customer‑centric value propositions in collaboration with Product
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform messaging and product direction
  • Build and maintain personas and segmentation frameworks for different airport types and roles
  • Track and measure product marketing impact using adoption data, engagement insights, and feedback loops
  • Support internal teams with ongoing product updates, training sessions, and materials
