AeroCloud is the new-age operating system for airports aiming to grow. Our suite includes Airport Operating Systems (AOS), PPS, and Passenger Flow Management solutions, empowering airports to gain deep insights into the movement of passengers and aircraft around the world. We achieve this by becoming the airport’s first call for technology. Whether in times of need or growth, we stand alongside our clients, offering support through innovative software that drives their success.

Our Commitment to Excellence

At AeroCloud, being the airport’s first call means exceeding expectations at every customer interaction. This is not just a goal; it’s our standard. We prioritize detail, diligence, and a proactive approach in everything we do. If there’s a task to be completed, we see it through. If a customer needs an answer we don’t yet have, we respond promptly to let them know we’re on it. We believe in keeping our team informed, being transparent, and maintaining accountability at every step.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Engineer to join one of our product teams. This is a different track to our Software Engineer roles — broader scope, closer to the customer problem, and carrying real weight in shaping what gets built and why. You’ll work directly alongside a CX Lead. Between you, you own the full delivery cycle for your product area — from understanding what the customer actually needs, through to shipping and supporting it in production. The CX Lead brings the customer relationships, domain knowledge, and commercial context. You bring the technical depth, engineering judgement, and the willingness to push back when something doesn’t make sense to build. You’re not executing a backlog someone else defined. You’re helping define it, questioning it, and making sure what gets built is worth building. You’ll be the senior engineering voice on the team for product decisions — not just the person who writes the best code.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the CX Lead to understand customer problems before solutions are proposed
  • Shaping requirements and challenging assumptions before committing to build
  • Designing and delivering features end-to-end — from approach through to production support
  • Making technical trade-offs explicit and owning the consequences of them
  • Contributing to the technical direction of your product area
  • Keeping delivery moving without cutting corners that create future pain

About You

You do need to be comfortable picking things up and making good decisions with unfamiliar tools. Language and framework preferences matter less than engineering judgement. We care more about how you think through a problem than which stack you’ve accumulated the most years in.

What are we looking for?

  • You ask whether something should be built before asking how
  • You treat the CX Lead as a peer, not a requirements source
  • You can hold a technical position under pressure and change it under evidence
  • You ship things and follow them through — you don’t declare done at merge
  • You document decisions, not just code
  • You make the people around you better by being direct and useful

What We Offer

  • Best in Class Share Options scheme
  • 25 days PTO + statutory holidays
  • Take your birthday off work on us as well
  • Extensive upskilling and training
  • Digital Nomad Scheme
