About the Role
We’re hiring a Product Engineer to join one of our product teams. This is a different track from our Software Engineer roles – a broader scope, closer to the customer problem, and carrying real weight in shaping what gets built and why. You’ll work directly alongside a CX Lead. Together you own the full delivery cycle for your product area – from understanding what the customer actually needs, through to shipping and supporting it in production. You bring the technical depth, engineering judgement, and the willingness to push back when something doesn’t make sense to build. You’ll be the senior engineering voice on the team for product decisions, not just the person who writes the best code.
Responsibilities
- Work with the CX Lead to understand customer problems before solutions are proposed
- Shape requirements and challenge assumptions before committing to build
- Design and deliver features end‑to‑end – from approach through to production support
- Make technical trade‑offs explicit and own the consequences of them
- Contribute to the technical direction of your product area
- Keep delivery moving without cutting corners that create future pain
About You
You do need to be comfortable picking things up and making good decisions with unfamiliar tools. Language and framework preferences matter less than engineering judgement. We care more about how you think through a problem than which stack you’ve accumulated the most years in.
What We’re Looking For
- Ask whether something should be built before asking how
- Treat the CX Lead as a peer, not a requirements source
- Hold a technical position under pressure and change it under evidence
- Ship things and follow them through – you don’t declare done at merge
- Document decisions, not just code
- Make the people around you better by being direct and useful
What We Offer
- Competitive salary
- Best in Class Share Options scheme
- 25 days PTO + statutory holidays
- Take your birthday off work on us as well
- Extensive upskilling and training
- Digital Nomad Scheme
