Hi! We’re AeroCloud, a venture backed aviation technology company transforming how airports work. We develop mission critical SAAS technology that enhances day-to-day operations, improving experiences for passengers, airport operators, and IT teams alike. At AeroCloud, you’ll be part of a dynamic and growing team, able to make an immediate impact and work alongside some of the most talented people in aviation technology.

We are looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to join our EMEA Commercial Team to drive our revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding our network of airports and partners, bringing AeroCloud’s innovative solutions to market and scaling our presence in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

In 2025 we created new relationships with airports in a number of countries including France, Sweden, The Netherlands, The UK and more!

Requirements

  • An experienced SaaS professional with a proven track record of 3+ years as an individual contributor or sales leader, with experience using the MEDDIC framework.
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and uncover business value.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles with multiple buyer personas.
  • Ability to implement land-and-expand strategies and act as a trusted advisor in a platform environment.
  • Experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments across European markets (e.g. navigating procurement, compliance, and regional nuances).
  • Proven track record of building pipeline and closing high-value deals through outbound prospecting and on-site engagement across EMEA.
