  • Leverage AI tools and techniques to support the drafting, refinement and continuous improvement of proposal content, increasing efficiency while maintaining accuracy, consistency and quality
  • Use AI‑assisted approaches to help tailor responses to evaluation criteria, strengthen answer quality and improve the clarity, relevance and competitiveness of bid submissions
  • Collaborate with the Bid Manager to align content with AeroCloud’s messaging, win themes and compliance requirements
  • Support in designing and maintaining a structured bid library and reusable content repository
  • Coordinate RFP portal monitoring and maintain a structured RFP Register aligned with CRM (HubSpot)
  • Maintain accurate bid records in HubSpot to support bid pipeline forecasting
  • Assist in developing and refining AeroCloud’s proposal templates and presentation formats
  • Contribute to post‑submission reviews and win/loss analysis for continuous improvement

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
  • Proactive, organised and adaptable team player
