AeroCloud is the new-age operating system for airports aiming to grow. Our suite includes Airport Operating Systems (AOS), PPS, and Passenger Flow Management solutions, empowering airports to gain deep insights into the movement of passengers and aircraft around the world. We achieve this by becoming the airport’s first call for technology. Whether in times of need or growth, we stand alongside our clients, offering support through innovative software that drives their success.
Our Commitment to Excellence
At AeroCloud, being the airport’s first call means exceeding expectations at every customer interaction. We prioritise detail, diligence, and a proactive approach in everything we do. If there’s a task to be completed, we see it through. If a customer needs an answer we don’t yet have, we respond promptly to let them know we’re on it. We believe in keeping our team informed, being transparent, and maintaining accountability at every step.
About The Role
AeroCloud is building the category-defining operating system for airports globally. We are entering the next stage of scale: expanding into larger enterprise customers, and operating in a significantly more complex environment. We are hiring a high-calibre hands-on COO who is first and foremost a scale-stage company builder — someone who has helped transform a high-growth company from founder-led execution into a repeatable, efficient, and enterprise-ready operating machine. This is not a purely operational role. This is a company-building role.
The COO will be accountable for turning AeroCloud into a business that:
- Scales revenue faster than headcount
- Wins and delivers enterprise customers with confidence
- Executes with speed, clarity, and accountability across functions
- Solves problems at pace through better execution and stronger accountability, developing a scalable operating rhythm
About You
The right candidate will have experience building companies through a similar inflection point — typically to $50M+ ARR — and understands what breaks, what matters, and how to fix it.
Core Characteristics and background
- Proven scale-stage experience: Has operated in a senior role during a transition from early traction to structured scale
- Company builder mindset: Thinks in systems, not tasks; builds for the next stage, not just today
- Leads through managers: Strong track record of building and elevating leadership teams
- Drives efficiency: Demonstrated ability to scale output without linear headcount growth
- Enterprise intuition: Comfortable operating in businesses selling and delivering complex enterprise solutions
- Lead by example showing how AI adoption can increase velocity of scale without adding headcount
- Hands-on when needed: Will go deep into problems, not operate from a distance
Early Priorities (First 6–12 Months)
- Able to build total enterprise readiness with reference to the delivery of enterprise pipeline and deployments across the globe.
Ownership and Impact
- Build and run the operating model
- Diagnose and reduce breakdowns in ownership, accountability, and decision-making
- Establish a strong operating cadence and management discipline
- Improve cross-functional execution where work is currently stalling
- Strengthen the link between operations, analytics, and finance
- Translate priorities into clear actions, owners, and timelines
- Lead and develop the leadership team, clarifying roles and responsibilities
- Coach leaders while making hard calls when needed
- Ensure decisions move quickly across functions into execution
- Improve planning, metrics, analytics, and business operations
- Partner closely with finance to align execution with company priorities
- Introduce structure without unnecessary bureaucracy
- Strengthen coordination required for large deals and complex implementations
- Move AeroCloud from founder-led execution to a structured, repeatable, and scalable operating model
What This Role Is Here to Solve and Why It Matters
This role is critical to AeroCloud’s next phase of growth and funding. We have strong visibility into where problems sit; the challenge is not identifying issues — it is solving them at pace and at scale.
The COO Will
- Translate strategy into execution across the business
- Create clarity where there is ambiguity
- Drive accountability where execution is inconsistent
- Build the systems and discipline required for the next stage of scale
The right COO will be the person who turns a fast-growing company into a durable, high-performance business.
