What You'll Be Doing
As an Installation Specialist, you'll travel to sites across the UK and help deliver specialist airtightness solutions on a variety of construction projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Travelling to project sites and working with your team to deliver successful installations. Preparing buildings and work areas ready for the sealing process. Setting up and operating specialist Aeroseal equipment. Carrying out airtightness testing and recording project data accurately.
Monitoring installations to ensure airtightness targets are achieved. Identifying and resolving issues on site where required. Maintaining site equipment and ensuring everything is operating efficiently. Completing site reports and project documentation accurately and on time. Following safe working practices and maintaining high standards on every project.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, customers and site teams. What We're Looking For
Essential Full UK Driving Licence. Happy to travel and stay away from home for up to three nights per week when required. Strong practical aptitude and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication skills. Able to work independently and take responsibility on site. High standards of workmanship, organisation and professionalism. CSCS Card (or willingness to obtain one - we'll help you with this).
Desirable
Construction or site-based experience. Airtightness or building performance testing experience. Knowledge of building envelopes, ventilation systems or energy-efficiency measures. Background in carpentry, drylining, retrofit, specialist installation or testing environments. Full Training Provided Our structured development programme includes: Hands-on learning with experienced Installation Specialists. Specialist equipment setup and operation. Airtightness and building performance principles.
Installation techniques across a variety of project types. Competency sign-offs throughout your training journey. Ongoing support, guidance and development opportunities.
