We are a manufacturing company in Milton Keynes, who craft flexible fuel tanks for many industries. This includes motorsport, automotive, marine, aerospace, defence and aviation, to name a few! We are the leading manufacturer in our field and exclusively supply all of the teams on the Formula 1 grid. We work with some world-famous brands and craft a safety product, meaning quality is of the utmost importance to us.
Job Overview
Our Production Technicians handcraft Liquid Containment Systems, predominantly flexible fuel tanks used in many industries, including motorsport, automotive, marine, defence, aviation and aerospace! You will be fully trained by our in-house training team who will give you the skills and knowledge required to perform the role effectively. The Cell Production Team will support you as you develop your skills allowing you to progress to more complex products. To support the continued growth of the business, we are having an intake of four new recruits.
Responsibilities
The products we manufacture are handcrafted with care and attention-to-detail. Relevant experience for this role would align with previous experience where manual dexterity, high levels of quality, detail and precision have been proven either in the workplace or as a hobby. The successful applicants will be given full training to enhance their already evidenced skillset.

Package
- Competitive Salary - £12.71 per hour starting salary
- Bonus scheme – a finishing bonus of £1.50 per hour per job will be paid for all jobs completed on time following successful completion of the probation period - as a goodwill gesture this will be paid for all jobs completed on time during the probation period whilst you are training.
