Job Overview
We are a manufacturing company in Milton Keynes, who craft flexible fuel tanks for many industries. This includes motorsport, automotive, marine, aerospace, defence and aviation, to name a few! We are the leading manufacturer in our field and exclusively supply all of the teams on the Formula 1 grid.
We work with some world-famous brands and craft a safety product, meaning quality is of the utmost importance to us.
Responsibilites
- Working from CAD models and 2D drawings to produce foam for bladders and any other customer requirements.
- Ensure all foam manufactured is in line with drawing and templates or any other relevant information.
- Use provided equipment to manufacture foam – Hot wire, cutting knifes etc.
- Ensure all foam manufactured is free from defects when delivered to QC by employing a quality assurance method of working.
- Responsible for all raw material from stock.
- Ensure foam area is kept neat and tidy at all times.
- Assist Cell Production Technicians with manufacture of foam when required/requested by Cell Production Senior Manager.

- Salary £12.71per hour
- 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
