Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design visually compelling, user-friendly websites that align with brand guidelines and business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, modern design trends, and responsive web design, and can translate requirements into high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain visually engaging, responsive websites and landing pages

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on project requirements

Collaborate with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment

Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance across devices and browsers

Update and improve existing website designs based on analytics, user feedback, and best practices

Ensure consistency of branding, typography, color schemes, and layout across all web assets

Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and visual design skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)

Familiarity with SEO and conversion-focused design principles

Basic knowledge of JavaScript or front-end frameworks

Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
