Ihre Tätigkeiten:
- Programmieren und Einrichten von CNC-Drehmaschinen
- Bedienen von CNC-Dreh-Fräszentren mit Doppelspindel und B-Achse
- Fertigung von Prototypen, Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach Zeichnung
- Ăśberwachen und Optimieren des Fertigungsprozesses
- Messen und PrĂĽfen der gefertigten Teile nach technischen Vorgaben
- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen mit verschiedenen Messmitteln
- Wartung und Pflege der CNC-Maschinen
- UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Fehleranalyse und -behebung
- Einsatz an konventionellen Drehmaschinen zur Fertigung oder Nacharbeit
- Dokumentation der Produktionsabläufe und Qualitätsprüfungen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dreher (m/w/d) oder Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im CNC-Drehen, idealerweise mit Siemens-Steuerungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen sowie selbstständige Mess- und Prüftätigkeiten
- Präzise, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse fĂĽr die Kommunikation im Team
