Who we're looking for

If you care about craftsmanship, love solving complex problems, and want to work directly with well-known brands, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Awareness of WCAG accessibility guidelines
  • Solid understanding of front-end performance best practices
  • Strong attention to detail when building polished, complex interactions
  • A positive, problem-solving mindset and broad technical curiosity
  • Experience with modern web tooling (transpilers, linters, build and CI tools, etc.)
  • Experience with Git and ability to collaborate in a dev team
  • Awareness of modern and emerging browser APIs
  • Familiarity with progressive enhancement principles

Nice to have

Not essential, but any of these would be a bonus:

  • Experience with a front-end/full-stack framework like React or Remix
  • Experience with a back-end language, framework, or backend platform like Supabase
  • Experience setting up or running A/B tests
  • Experience building with a headless CMS
  • Previous agency experience, delivering websites for multiple clients
  • Deep knowledge in one or more areas such as animation, performance, or accessibility

Benefits

  • Fully remote, forever – work from anywhere in the UK, with flexible hours
