We're looking for a front-end developer who's motivated, curious, and excited to create impactful e-commerce experiences. You'll be joining at an early stage, which means plenty of opportunity to shape how we work, grow your skills, and leave your mark.

Experience
We're looking for someone who has:
- 2-3+ years of experience working in a web development agency or in-house for a brand
- Experience developing Shopify themes
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript
- Ability to write well-structured, semantic, and accessible HTML
- Confidence writing framework-agnostic, performance-focused JavaScript
- Awareness of WCAG accessibility guidelines
- Solid understanding of front-end performance best practices
- Strong attention to detail when building polished, complex interactions
- A positive, problem-solving mindset and broad technical curiosity
- Experience with modern web tooling (transpilers, linters, build and CI tools, etc.)
- Experience with Git and ability to collaborate in a dev team
- Awareness of modern and emerging browser APIs
- Familiarity with progressive enhancement principles
Nice to have
Not essential, but any of these would be a bonus:
- Experience with a front-end/full-stack framework like React or Remix
- Experience with a back-end language, framework, or backend platform like Supabase
- Experience setting up or running A/B tests
- Experience building with a headless CMS
- Previous agency experience, delivering websites for multiple clients
- Deep knowledge in one or more areas such as animation, performance, or accessibility
