Our finance team are a small, tight-knit team that support all departments within the Aerial Direct group with all things finance related. Based in our newly refurbished Fareham offices and reporting into our Management Accountant, we’re looking for a new Finance Administrator to manage, administer, and record all aspects of Service Delivery stock control and ordering. This will include maintaining financial records, processing payments, managing supplier relations, and any financial or stock-related ad-hoc duties.
You may currently be at the beginning of your career in stock control, looking to develop within an organisation that values your development, or perhaps working within an office environment and have a particular interest in a career in finance. You’ll get involved in:
- Manage and process order requests daily.
- Liaise daily with Managers on stock volume and availability.
- Maintain the booking in/out of stock through our finance package and CRM daily.
- Identify changes in purchasing patterns and propose action to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Raise invoices to customers daily.
- Deal with financing invoice queries promptly.
- Provide ad-hoc reports as required.
- Raise all invoicing to ensure compliance with finance company requirements.
- Match purchase orders to sales orders.
- Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required.
- Investigate and report any invoicing discrepancies.
- Conduct monthly stocktakes.
Ideally, you’ll have experience of:
- Working within an office environment
- Good Excel skills
