The administrator role plays a key part in supporting all our finance department with a wide range of operational and administrative tasks. Based in our newly refurbished Fareham offices, we’re looking for an Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the finance function and wider business operations. This role will involve a variety of administrative responsibilities, including maintaining records, processing documentation and payments, liaising with suppliers and internal teams, and assisting with general operational and stock-related tasks as required. You’ll get involved in:
- Manage and process administrative requests and documentation on a daily basis.
- Liaise regularly with internal departments to support day-to-day business operations.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and databases daily.
- Monitor and organise information to ensure records and processes remain up to date.
- Prepare and process documentation, including invoices and general correspondence.
- Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.
- Assist in ensuring company procedures and compliance requirements are followed.
- Support with maintaining accurate filing systems and company records.
- Help ensure key deadlines and administrative tasks are completed on time.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues where required, escalating when necessary.
- Assist with stock, operational, or office-related administration tasks as required.
- Carry out any additional administrative duties delegated by the wider team.
