Our marketing team works closely with all departments across the Aerial Direct Group to support and deliver their marketing goals. From campaign planning and brand development to content creation and communications, the team provides collaborative support that helps drive growth, engagement, and consistency across the business.

The Procurement & Partnerships Executive is responsible for supporting the commercial performance of the business through effective supplier relationship management, product coordination, stock oversight, and cross‑functional support across marketing and sales. This role plays a key part in managing vendor relationships, negotiating pricing and promotional opportunities, coordinating product and stock processes, and ensuring accurate product information and availability across internal systems and websites. The position requires a highly organised, commercially aware, and personable individual who is confident communicating with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Negotiate pricing, discounts, promotional support, and commercial opportunities
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding product availability, lead times, and stock issues
  • Support the sourcing and purchasing of stock across the business
  • Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues where required
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to support product promotions and campaigns
  • Coordinate product launches, promotional products, and supplier‑funded activity
  • Maintain accurate product and pricing information across internal systems and websites
  • Support product positioning and availability to maximise commercial performance
  • Manage purchasing and stock ordering processes
  • Maintain responsibility for dispatched and awaiting trackers within in‑house CRM
  • Liaise with Sales Managers regarding stock volumes and product availability
  • Coordinate stock fulfilment processes with third‑party services and stock holdings
  • Process returns and swaps in line with company Terms & Conditions
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for returns, stock movement, and product analysis
  • Manage and respond to queries within the stock email inbox
  • Maintain and update stock‑related tasks within Evolution
  • Ensure all product, stock, and supplier records are accurate and up to date
  • Produce reports and analysis relating to stock, returns, supplier activity, and product performance

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting promotional activity or product lifecycle process
  • Exposure to stock management, order processing, or inventory systems
  • Previous experience in purchasing, product coordination, commercial support, or supplier management
  • Confident negotiating with suppliers and external partners
  • Highly organised with strong administrative abilities
