About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional with a passion for connecting top talent with amazing opportunities. We’re looking for a Recruitment Advisor who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves working with people, and is excited about making a real impact in the hiring process. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in drafting job descriptions that reflect company values and objectives and align with the overall brand identity.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements and ensure recruitment efforts meet their needs.
  • Oversee job postings through the Applicant Tracking System (Teamtailor), ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and well-maintained.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ suitability and shortlist those best suited for open positions.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Participate in interviews alongside hiring managers when needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and providing updates on their application status and next steps.
  • Communicate interview feedback to candidates, handling post-interview follow-ups and rejections professionally and respectfully.
  • Assist in organising and attending recruitment events, such as job fairs and career days, to promote the company and attract talent.
  • Leverage job boards and various sourcing tools to proactively identify potential candidates.
  • Headhunt passive candidates on LinkedIn to build and expand the company’s talent pipeline.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing recruitment reports and delivering actionable analytics.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recruitment experience.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to travel when required to attend industry events and recruitment fayres.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
