The successful candidate will advise on cross-border aviation transactions, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, oversee KYC/AML compliance, and support governance and risk management across global teams.
Applicants must be qualified solicitors in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE in commercial law and strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
