We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the evolution of scenario planning capabilities in our Decision Intelligence platform. In this role, you will shape how organizations model scenarios, simulate outcomes, and leverage data and AI to make smarter, faster, and more sustainable decisions. Responsibilities- Own the strategy, development, and execution of the scenario planning capabilities within our Decision Intelligence platform.
- Lead product strategy & execution: Define and drive priorities, roadmap, and development efforts to maximize business value.
- Understand market needs: Research target users, use cases, and feedback to refine features and address customer pain points.
- Analyze competitive landscape: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to inform product differentiation.
- Define product requirements: Work closely with designers and engineers to develop user-centric, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Customer Success, Engineering, and Executive teams to align on vision and priorities.
- Drive user adoption: Act as the go-to expert, ensuring internal teams are equipped with the knowledge and resources to enable customers.

- Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel and familiarity with formula languages.
- Creative problem-solver, able to think outside the box to reimagine traditional business challenges in new ways.
- Familiarity with user experience design, agile methodologies, and the cloud software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to successful delivery.
