We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site. The assignment will be at Wooler (approx 2 weeks). The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role is essential for supporting various construction activities and ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. Duties Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring the area is safe for work. Carry out general labouring tasks as directed by site supervisors or foremen. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Operate basic machinery and tools when necessary, adhering to safety protocols. Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks, providing assistance as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area throughout the day. Experience Previous experience in a labouring role within the construction industry is advantageous but not essential. A valid CSCS card is required to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to effectively follow instructions from supervisors.
