We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Officer to support and enhance quality standards across the organisation. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will help maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and industry best practice, ensuring our products, services, and processes consistently meet high standards.
A key part of the role is managing Calibration and Equipment Maintenance records, ensuring all tools and equipment are serviced and calibrated within required timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of QA policies and procedures in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Achillies UVDB, and ConstructionLine Gold requirements.
- Carry out audits, inspections, and tests to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse quality data, recommending corrective and preventive actions where required.
- Maintain accurate documentation including test results, audits, and non‑conformance reports.
- Collaborate with teams across engineering, projects, and service operations.
- Provide training on quality standards and procedures.
- Investigate customer complaints and support timely resolution.
Calibration & Equipment Maintenance
- Maintain accurate calibration and equipment maintenance records.
- Ensure all measurement tools and equipment are serviced and calibrated on schedule.
Supplier Quality
- Manage the supplier approval process and maintain the Quality Audit Plan.
- Support supplier performance monitoring and development activities.
About You
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 (Achillies UVDB/ConstructionLine Gold desirable).
- Understanding of calibration processes and quality measurement equipment.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
- Competent IT skills, including MS Word and Excel (SAP B1 desirable).
