We are looking for a warm, energetic and dedicated Complex Care Support Worker to support a young lady with complex needs who thrives on positive relationships, meaningful activities and a nurturing environment.

You will play a key role in promoting independence, emotional wellbeing and social development, while ensuring safety, dignity and high-quality personalised care.
Working closely with families and a multidisciplinary team, you will help create opportunities that enrich daily life and support the young person to flourish.
