About the Role
You will provide person-centred care and clinical support to a client with complex healthcare needs in their own home, working as part of a dedicated care team.

- PEG Feeding trained
- Tracheostomy (Trachy) trained
- Previous experience in complex care
- Confident working independently and following care plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
