Job Description

YOUR ROLE
As a part-time Stock Associate, you will be responsible for moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you will also support the team and assist guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you will embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards by ensuring product movement through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to address them.
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Follow safety standards and Asset Protection policies to ensure a safe working environment.
