Monta is seeking a GTM / Sales Operations Engineer to own revenue systems, automate processes, and improve data quality across our CRM and related tools.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to ensure scalable, reliable workflows and dashboards.

You’ll configure Hub Spot, implement CPQ workflows, and help translate business needs into technical solutions while embracing AI-enabled productivity across the Rev Ops function.
