Are you precise, hands-on and passionate about high-quality engineering? We’re looking for a skilled Winder Technician to join our world-class aviation repair and overhaul team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for winding, repairing and testing a variety of aviation power-generation components, contributing directly to aircraft safety and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Winding stators, rotors, armatures and field coils using specialised copper wire and precision tools
  • Carrying out solvent degreasing using ultrasonic cleaning equipment
  • Brazing electrical connections using resistance and flame-welding methods
  • Performing electrical resistance and high-voltage testing
  • Completing accurate dimensional checks using verniers, micrometres, height gauges and gauges

This is a hands-on role requiring accuracy, discipline and a passion for producing high-quality engineering work.
