Overview
AEJ Management are an expanding facilities management service company who provide security guards, cleaners, landscapers to retail, shopping, trade, leisure and business parks across the UK.
We are seeking a highly professional and responsible individual to join our team as a Mobile Security and Cleaning Operative. This role involves covering security and cleaning shifts across multiple sites, ensuring that AEJ Management is represented to the highest standards. The successful candidate will work closely with on-site teams and interact with our valued clients, maintaining professionalism at all times.
You will be responsible for covering holidays, sickness and any other ad hoc cover at a number of our sites throughout the North West & the Midlands. You will always be aware of your location, shifts & duties at least 1 week in advance.
Pay: £13.07 an hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, working a variety of shifts – both days and nights
Requirements: To be a qualified driver and be able to meet the Highway Code eyesight test requirements. Candidates must be able to read a vehicle number plate from a distance of 20 metres (65 feet) in good daylight, as stipulated by UK legislation. This is to ensure that all our drivers can perform their duties safely and in compliance with legal standards.

Your duties will include the following:
- Ensure the safety and the security of the customers and the relevant site.
- Patrolling around and outside of the relevant site.
- Providing excellent customer services as well as ensuring customers are safe.
- CCTV monitoring (if licence is held).
- Dealing with confrontational situations and responding to them in a professional manner.
- Complying with all health and safety procedures.
- Ad hoc cleaning duties
- Completing incident reports and other reports when required.
About you:
- You will have a valid SIA licence.
- Having a CCTV licence would be beneficial.
- Reliable.
- Well presented.
- Approachable.
- Polite and professional.
- Have a full driving licence with no more than 6 points.
