What are we looking for?

  • An experienced Landscaper/Grounds Maintenance Operative
  • Someone who can flex between longer hours in Summer and shorter hours in Winter (annualised hours contract)
  • A qualified driver able to meet the Highway Code eyesight test requirements (must read a vehicle number plate from 20 metres in good daylight, as stipulated by UK legislation)

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out various grounds maintenance tasks across client sites, including retail parks, business parks, shopping centres, communal residential areas, and other designated locations. The role ensures the upkeep, aesthetic quality, and safety of outdoor spaces, including general maintenance duties, litter‑picking, emptying bins, and more.
