AEJ Management are an expanding facilities management service company, who provide security guards, cleaners, ground workers, maintenance and landscapers to retail, shopping, trade, leisure and business parks across the UK. Within the business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Groundworker to join the team, for an immediate start. This will be a site-based role, located in Dunfermline. The position is temporary in nature (2 weeks) to ensure a contract is ready for handover on 6th May. Should you excel in the role, there may be opportunities within the business for ongoing work.

- Pay: £20 per hour
- Hours: 50 per week
- Pension: Auto-enrolment with Penfold Pensions
- Hols: 20 days per year (plus BH) plus 1 extra day for the week of your birthday
What do I need to do…
As a Groundworker, you are responsible for:
- General construction work in line with client requirements, including paving, kerbing, installing bollards / machines / equipment, foundation work, drainage, finishing works, surfacing, concreting etc.
- Ensuring full compliance with company and on-site client health and safety policy and requirements.
- Delivering high-quality work in line with company and client expectations.
- Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required.
Experience Skills required:
- Minimum of 12 months experience of working in grounds maintenance field.
- Experience of using a range of power tools and equipment.
- CSCS Card.
- Ability to work at heights.
