AEJ Management are an expanding facilities management service company who provide security guards, cleaners & landscapers to retail, shopping, trade, leisure and business parks across the UK.
We have a vacancy for the role of a full time time Working Supervisor to join our team. The role will be based at Roaring Meg Retail Park
Pay: £13.50 an hour
Hours: 39.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri
As a Working Supervisor you will have some staff co-ordination duties but be fully involved in the cleaning of the Retail Park in accordance with the Assignment Instructions and specific tasks as outlined in the cleaning schedule and patrol matrix. You will also have some basic DIY skills and happy to learn and get involved with standard Landscaping duties on site. You must also hold a full driving licence as there is a requirement to drive a company vehicle whilst on site.
Your Duties Will Include The Following
- Car park and communal area cleaning – including the emptying of public bins.
- Litter pick common areas within the retail park & sweeping all and any curb edges.
- Basic DIY duties (to be discussed and agreed at interview stage)
- Basic Landscaping duties (to be discussed and agreed at interview stage)
About You
- Have previous cleaning experience
- Have previous Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping experience
- Ideally hold PA1 & PA6 certificates
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
- Possess good health and fitness.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable.
