AEJ Management are an expanding facilities management service company who provide security guards, cleaners & landscapers to retail, shopping, trade, leisure and business parks across the UK.
We have a vacancy for the role of a part time Cleaner to join our team. The role will be based at Chatham Quays.
Pay: £12.40 an hour
Hours: 14 per week
- Monday 07.30am – 10.00am
- Tuesday 07.30am – 10.00am
- Wednesday 06.00am – 11.00am
- Thursday 07.30am – 09.30am
- Friday 07.30am – 09.30am
Your Duties Will Include The Following
- Car park and communal area cleaning – including the emptying of public bins.
- Moving of large residential bins when full and on bin day all bins to be put back in bin rooms
- Litter pick common areas within the site & sweeping all and any curb edges.
- Basic Landscaping duties (to be discussed and agreed at interview stage)
- Use of a scrubbing machine and push along sweeper around Site.
About You
- Have previous cleaning experience
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
- SIA license desirable but not essential
- Possess good health and fitness.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable.
