AEJ Management are recruiting a Security Officer to be based at Tottenham Hale Retail Park. We are an expanding facilities management service company who provide security guards, cleaners, landscapers to retail, shopping, trade, leisure and business parks across the UK.

Hours: 17 hours per week, working on the following days/times:

  • Tuesday 4pm-10pm
  • Saturday 2pm-8pm
  • Sunday 1pm-6pm

Your duties will include the following:

  • Ensure the safety and the security of the customers and the Retail Park.
  • Patrolling around and outside of the Retail Park.
  • Providing excellent customer services as well as ensuring customers are safe.
  • CCTV monitoring (where applicable).
  • Dealing with confrontational situations and responding to them in a professional manner.
  • Complying with all health and safety procedures.
  • Completing incident reports and other reports when required.

About you:

  • You have a valid SIA licence, with the CCTV element included.
  • Reliable.
  • Well presented.
  • Approachable.
  • Polite and professional.
