The Role

The Performance Director will shape how top performers think, prepare, and operate under pressure. This role blends coaching, psychology, and performance science to help traders sustain focus, build resilience, and accelerate learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance systems for mental resilience, focus, and decision-making
• Integrate performance strategies into daily trading operations
• Use data and behavioural insights to identify improvement areas
• Drive a culture of high performance, feedback, and continuous growth

Qualifications

• Experience in performance coaching, psychology, or leadership development
• Experience working with elite performers (e.g., traders, athletes, special ops, execs)
• Strong grasp of cognitive performance and applied behavioural science
• Excellent communicator with influence across high-performing teams
