We’re seeking a Performance Analyst to support our client's internal performance team by tracking data, identifying trends, and delivering insights that help employees optimize their focus, resilience, and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and report on trading and psychometric performance data
- Identify trends and support performance improvement strategies
- Build clear, actionable dashboards and reports
- Coordinate and maintain performance tracking systems

Qualifications
- Degree in Psychology, Occupational Psychology, Sports Psychology, or related field
- 1–2 years in data analysis or research within a high-performance environment (e.g. elite sports)
