Our client is seeking a Business Continuity Manager to enhance their ability to manage risks, respond to incidents, adhere to FCA regulations and ISO 22301 standards, and ensure operational stability. This role will involve overseeing crisis response, risk assessments, and continuity planning, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the incident response structure, ensuring teams are trained and prepared for disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans, risk assessments, and crisis management exercises.
  • Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and business continuity frameworks.
  • Produce resilience reports for senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies such as the FCA.
