Sync Neural Genesis is building the coordination layer for a new energy economy — moving energy, verifying it, settling it and financing it as one connected system. AEIR, our wireless power transmission technology, is the physical layer of that vision: energy routed without the constraints of legacy grid infrastructure, opening up markets and geographies that traditional transmission cannot economically reach.

AEIR is maturing toward commercial readiness. We are now at the point where the technology has to become a product — designed for manufacture, certified, priced, and sold at scale.

The Role

The Chief Product Officer owns AEIR end to end: from industrial and systems design through to manufacturing readiness and commercial launch. This is a builder's role, not a steward's. You will be accountable for turning a working technology into a shippable, certifiable, manufacturable product line with a credible route to volume revenue — and for building the product organisation that sustains it.

AEIR is the primary mandate and where the majority of your time will be spent. But AEIR does not stand alone: it is the physical layer of a wider stack, and its value is realised only when energy transmitted can also be verified, settled and financed. You will therefore also hold group-level product coordination across Sync Neural's other entities — owning the architecture, standards, interfaces and roadmap sequencing that make the stack coherent rather than a collection of adjacent businesses.

You will sit on the executive team and work in close partnership with the CEO, CTO and Chief Commercial functions. You will own the AEIR product roadmap, the product P&L, and the decisions about what we build, for whom, in what order, and at what cost.

What You’ll Own

• Product strategy and roadmap
• Define the AEIR product strategy: target segments, use cases, configurations, and the sequencing that gets us from first commercial deployments to volume.
• Own product-market fit decisions — which markets we enter first, what we deliberately don't build, and where the technology's constraints shape the commercial offer.
• Own pricing and product economics in partnership with commercial and finance, including the unit economics underpinning long-term energy supply agreements.

• Design and engineering delivery
• Lead and scale internal and external design teams across industrial design, systems engineering, hardware, firmware and software.
• Drive design for manufacture, cost, reliability and serviceability from the earliest stages rather than as a retrofit.
• Hold the line on the trade-offs between performance, safety, cost and schedule — and make the calls when they conflict.

• Manufacturing and supply chain
• Work directly with contract manufacturers and production facilities to take AEIR from prototype to pilot production to volume.
• Own NPI: design.
