We’re expanding our Nottingham team and are looking for Junior Marketing & Sales Assistants to join our growing face-to-face campaigns.

Please note: this is a FACE-TO-FACE MARKETING & SALES role.

You’ll be out engaging directly with members of the public, starting conversations, explaining campaigns, answering questions, and helping interested customers or supporters take the next step.

What You'll Be Doing

• Speaking directly with members of the public through face-to-face campaigns
• Approaching people professionally and creating positive first impressions
• Starting conversations and understanding customer needs
• Presenting campaigns clearly and confidently
• Answering questions and handling objections
• Helping interested customers or supporters complete the relevant sign-up process
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Representing our campaigns professionally
• Developing your sales and communication skills through ongoing coaching
