As a Solution Delivery Manager, you will lead the delivery of technology changes and support third-party deliveries for the Aegon UK platform and digital experience. Drive continuous process improvement and push the boundaries of innovation in technology and customer experience to make the Aegon platform the first choice for our customers.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading and driving technical delivery, making decisions that shape effective delivery
- Working directly with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute initiatives
- Balancing project scope, schedule, quality, and risks; recommending adjustments to the delivery plan as necessary
- Embedding an agility mind-set without compromising risk management
- Managing technology project relationships and coordinating work across teams and locations; overseeing end-to-end technology solution delivery, including third-party contributions
- Collaborating with wider delivery teams to resolve issues and blockers effectively
We\’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, and Excel
- IT project management experience from conception to implementation
- Experience managing third-party software and application deliveries
- Familiarity with Jira and/or Confluence
- Experience managing senior stakeholders, including executives
