Platform Dealing Administrator – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract – Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom – Salary £25,360 – £31,000.

We’re the UK’s largest investment platform, and we put financial wellbeing at the heart of our organisation. We work with customers, financial advisers and employers to provide pensions, savings and investment solutions. We’re looking for a Platform Dealing Administrator to join our Finance team in Edinburgh. In this key role, you’ll dive into the core of platform operations — from dealing processes and technology to tax wrappers and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage trade aggregation and placement with Investment Managers/Stockbrokers using various channels (EMX, fax, secure transfer, phone), including contract note processing, asset data input and corporate actions.
  • Liaise with Fund Managers, Stockbrokers and third parties to resolve process exceptions.
  • Recommend and help implement new processes, procedures and technology improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed on platform updates and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
  • Good understanding of the Financial Services industry.
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and professional client experience.
  • Experience in handling complex customer queries and issues, with a strong track record of driving them through to effective resolution.
  • Experience consistently following established procedures and compliance standards to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk.
  • Excellent administrative skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders.
