Platform Dealing Administrator – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract – Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom – Salary £25,360 – £31,000.

We work with customers, financial advisers and employers to provide pensions, savings and investment solutions. We’re looking for a Platform Dealing Administrator to join our Finance team in Edinburgh. In this key role, you’ll dive into the core of platform operations — from dealing processes and technology to tax wrappers and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage trade aggregation and placement with Investment Managers/Stockbrokers using various channels (EMX, fax, secure transfer, phone), including contract note processing, asset data input and corporate actions.
- Liaise with Fund Managers, Stockbrokers and third parties to resolve process exceptions.
- Recommend and help implement new processes, procedures and technology improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on platform updates and regulatory changes.
- Good understanding of the Financial Services industry.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and professional client experience.
- Experience in handling complex customer queries and issues, with a strong track record of driving them through to effective resolution.
- Experience consistently following established procedures and compliance standards to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk.
- Excellent administrative skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Enhanced pension scheme – contribute 3% of your salary, we’ll match with 9%; up to a combined total of 20% of your salary (7% you + 13% us).
- Discretionary bonus, dependent on personal and company performance.
- 34 days leave per year (including bank holidays, pro‑rated for part‑time).
